Lephone Technology private limited, not to be confused with LeEco, announced the launch of a Rs 4,599 4G VoLTE-ready smartphone called the Lephone W7.The phone is a dual-SIM device running a customised version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. For your money, the Lephone W7 offers a 5-inch 854×480 pixel screen with 2.5D glass on top, a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB of RAM. Internal storage is limited to 8 GB, but it can be expanded by up to 32 GB via a microSD card. In terms of cameras, you get a 5 MP rear unit and a 2 MP front unit. While the phone itself might seem like a generic, low-cost 4G smartphone, its USP is the fact that it supports 22 Indian languages including Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Sanskrit, Santhali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
